Thank you for joining us as a speaker on the ADDA Webinar Series

We’re excited you’re participating in the ADDA Webinar Series! As an ADHD professional we respect, we’re thrilled to have you as a featured guest on an ADDA Webinar.

With hosts Linda Roggli, Alan Brown, and Nikki Kinzer, and producer, Janine Futch, the ADDA team works hard to help you put on a great presentation.

About The Webinar Series

ADDA Webinars provide information on executive functioning challenges and living successfully with ADHD. Each webinar is packed with helpful information and features expert coaches, psychologists, therapists, physicians, researchers, organizers, and educators.

If you’ve never heard the ADDA Webinar Series, we invite you to review our library of past Webinar recordings here.

We create a friendly environment. The host introduces themselves, ADDA and the topic for the Webinar, and you as our featured guest speaker.

If you have any URLs, resources or other items that you’d like to make available to the audience, please send those along to us at webinar@add.org prior to the webinar and we will mention them.

Webinar Scheduling Details

Date/Time: Wednesday’s at 7:30 pm EDT

Presentation Run-time: 40 minutes followed by a 20-minute Q&A

Agenda: The first part of our scheduled time together will be used to ensure sound quality and cover any questions you may have.

Recording: We use Zoom to allow us to record your presentation automatically and to see one another during the call. A few days before the recording, we’ll send you the link you’ll use to join. It’s a simple, web-based application and there shouldn’t be any required software for you to download for our time together (though depending on your browser version, Zoom may ask for permission to install an audio/video plugin).

Hardware Requirements:

Audio: You will need a stand-alone microphone or simple USB headset to participate in the call. There are plenty of options out there. Whatever you’re using for a microphone, headphones are critical to prevent audio looping, echo, and other distortion. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Video: Webinars are recorded and stored on ADDA’s Website for access by ADDA members. The audience may have questions for you at the end of your presentation and generally make for a fun audience interaction. You will need a camera for the ADDA Webinar.

We strongly recommend a wired Internet connection for our Webinar Series. We’ve had issues in the past with audio and video quality over WiFi, and we want you to look and sound as good as you can! If you have wireless Internet, we recommend you ask other members of your household to stay off the Internet during your session.

Prior to the Interview

Before the interview, we do need a few things from you if you haven’t provided them already.

  1. Fill out the ADDA Webinar Speaker Agreement.
  2. Provide social media links (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) books and programs if you’d like them shared during the Webinar.
  3. Please send any questions or concerns to Janine Futch at webinar@add.org.
