Coach Diane D is a vibrant Speaker/Facilitator/Coach who empowers people to be their best selves. As a Metis, Franco-Ontarian person with ADHD, on the autism spectrum, and coming from a chaotic home, she understands the struggles of feeling different and not fitting in anywhere.
For over a decade, she has been a non-conventional Registered Therapist and Certified Coach for ADHD, for healing, and for having a healthy sex life. She offers solution focused guidance that works, in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Diane has created and facilitated programs for those needing to repair and renew their relationship with themselves and with others.
Her goal is to empower you to live your best life with whatever brain you have.
