YOU BELONG HERE. EXACTLY AS YOU ARE.
SEEN. SUPPORTED. HOME
You’ve spent enough time explaining yourself. ADDA is a safe place that sees and accepts all of you.
If you have ADHD and are part of the LGBTQ+ community, you already know what it feels like to be misunderstood. Often twice over, at the same time.
LGBTQ+ spaces are usually not built for neurodivergent people. ADHD spaces often do not speak to the added weight of queerness. And when both identities carry stigma, the loneliness that comes with living at that intersection can be hard to name, let alone find support for.
ADDA welcomes you to a space for all of who you are. We understand. And we want you to know you do not have to explain yourself here.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

Queer Women and Non-Binary People with ADHD
You don’t have to navigate ADHD alone. Our Queer Women and Non-Binary People with ADHD peer support group is here for you.

Now! Recruiting Volunteer Leaders for LGBTQ and ADHD Support Group
One of the most powerful things about ADDA is our Virtual Peer Support Groups. These are spaces where members show up week after week, feel genuinely understood, and find the kind of connection they cannot find anywhere else.
We’re always looking for the right people to step into those spaces and make them even stronger. Right now, we are recruiting volunteer support group facilitators to lead a peer support group for the LGBTQ and ADHD members of our community.
If this group feels like your people, click the link below to learn more and volunteer.
