About Me
Professional Biography
I’m a clinical psychologist licensed in New York and Connecticut, providing psychotherapy for adults (college-aged and older) living with ADHD—often alongside anxiety, depression, OCD, or Body Dysmorphic Disorder. Many of the people I work with are bright, capable, and deeply thoughtful, yet feel worn down from years of trying to make themselves fit a world that wasn’t designed for how their minds work—often at the cost of their energy, authenticity, and natural strengths.
My work is collaborative and adapted to your individual needs and strengths. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with particular emphasis on mindfulness- and acceptance-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as DBT-informed skills to support emotion regulation when helpful. Therapy with me is first and foremost psychotherapy: non-judgmental, collaborative, and responsive to you as a whole person. Together, we focus on understanding how your mind actually works (not how it’s “supposed” to work), relating to yourself with greater compassion, and building a life that feels meaningful, connected, and aligned with your values.
When executive functioning strategies can support you in building your best life, I’m also happy to integrate those tools into our work. Rather than trying to fix or rein in your ADHD, our work is about learning how to work with it—recognizing your patterns, sensitivities, creativity, and passions, and finding ways to channel them into a fuller, more engaged life you’re genuinely excited to be living
