Professional Biography
ADHD Coaching and Consulting for Adults.
Hi, I’m Christelle, an ADHD Life Coach trained by ADDCA and late-diagnosed ADHDer. Since 2004, I have dedicated my career to the health and wellness sector, bringing a rich background as a yoga therapist and practitioner, as well as an artist, into my professional practice. Today, Christelle ADHD Coaching and Consulting specializes in supporting women and young women navigating the unique journey of a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis.
My approach is deeply rooted in mindfulness, somatic grounding, and self-respect. I partner with my clients to create a safe, supportive space where they can look past masking and limiting beliefs to uncover their true strengths. Together, we develop personalized, intentional strategies to manage executive dysfunction, emotional regulation, and overwhelm, while building sustainable habits around productivity, focus, and time management.
Based in Maui, Hawaii, I provide specialized care through 1:1 coaching and consulting sessions, available online and in person on Maui, with occasional professional visits to Oahu. I also periodically host workshops and presentations to the local ADHD community.
